Indeed, no man killed him…
Perhaps the greatest surprise in all of human history is the resurrection of Jesus, Christ, from the dead. If the ways of the past were any indication of the final destination for any human, it was Sheol, the realm of the dead. However, Jesus resurrected Lazarus and was himself resurrected on Easter. Even though that was prophesized, it still came as a surprise to all.
