Refuge

Though the power of the Elves cannot conceal the one ring, lord Elrond of Rivendell, the last homely house, welcomes Frodo and his friends and offers them refuge. It is there the Fellowship of the Ring is formed, an unlikely alliance between men, dwarven and hobbits.

Psalm 46:1 says that God Himself is our refuge and strength, our ever-present help in trouble. It is He that is our safe place, our retreat, the place to go to when we are afraid.

Make sure to turn to God in little and big things, so that you get to know Him well.
